You probably don't know me (I'm a huge fanart and fanfiction addict and love all the fandoms around and the great job of all the artists), but I would like to pass this message to everyone who may be concerned.

This one is from a photo yeah, just practice actually. I try to work from real life too, but that's more traditional since I don't have a companion or a good laptop.

So beautiful! Really good job on the skin and I like the roughness of the background. May I ask if you use a basic brush or a custom one?

Thanks! I used a basic brush for this one, but I did use a noise filter on top. Basically I created a neutral gray layer, noised it, and then scaled it up about 200% creating a really rough noise which is what gives it the grainy skin texture.
