dressed in black U.S.S. t-shirt,
black combat pants, black fingerless gloves
& black army boots. armed with a Desert Eagle .50
& an AA12 auto-shotgun.
also, he's 6 ft 2 in, caucasian, blue eyes,
dark brown hair in a low ponytail with
a messy fringe on the front of his hair.
Bio: since he & Sherry were twins at birth,
Umbrella wanted a living specimen for a new
breed of Tyrant & they wanted one of William
& Annette's children...they gave up James to them.
And for 12 years up until the Raccoon City incident,
he was incubated & bio-engineered into what Umbrella
have codenamed the project as "Proteus", also referred
as the "Omega Tyrant".
When Annette awakened James out of desperation, she told
him everything; what had happened & who he really was.
James' overall appearance was that of a 19-20 year old,
but was mature & intelligent enough like an adult, but
since he was told about his sister...protecting her
was the only priority he cared about...& he was willing
to fight Umbrella if nessecary. Unlike the T-103 Tyrants
with their power limiters, they can only turn from humanoid
to Tyrant once they disengage their power limiter
...but James, he's able to change from normal, to supersoldier,
and then to Tyrant & even back to normal, depending on
the situation. Also, in Tyrant form, he's impervious
to all coventional firepower...including rocket launchers.
However, a Thermobaric rocket can render him unconscious.
