Here We go. This is a more realistic and less steroid inaccurate/bloated power level chart:
Android 17: 400,000,000 (Twice as strong as untrained SSJ Vegeta)
Android 18: 390,000,000
Imperfect Cell: (After Absorbing Humans) 550,000,000
Android 16: 550,000,000 (Or more)
Semi-Perfect Cell: 950,000,000 (Stated to be his Power +17's)
Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta: 1,800,000,000
Ascended Super Saiyan Trunks: 1,600,000,000
Ultra Saiyan Trunks: 2,650,000,000 (Or slightly more)
Perfect Cell: (Full Power Against SSJ2 Gohan) 4,750,000,000 (5x Semi-Perfect Cell)

I used the original zenkai guides for the powerlevels it gave more than half the other I had to work out it gave all the goku and gohans up and till buu saga and it also gave broly, 18 and ext so please take your dbz scouter battle games powerlevels and leave the discussion since the zenkai form goes mostly on their powerlevels through the game so basically I am saying I am talking about original DBZ powerlevels not the reposts of the series

The Scouter Game has them 10x lower than they should be (Ie: Gero only being 10 million when he should be 100 million)
The power levels I listed are realistic for this time in the anime. I actually have the Androids higher than you do broski.

Goku wasn't stronger than SSJ2 let alone much stronger than Super Prefect Cell.
Also going by the fact each form of Cell is 10 times stronger than last one plus zenaki and the training, zenkai and mupitlers with SSJ, the power levels should be far higher in general.

Piccolo should be higher than 3 million before Kami, Piccolo trashed Dr. Gero and was compared to the SSJ by Krillin
MSSJ Goku's 50% was already higher than Super Trunks
Cell was not at full power against Goku, he does a huge powerup against SSJ2 Gohan before fighting him
MSSJ Gohan was vastly stronger than MSSJ Goku, Gohan was effortlessly taking Cell's hits head on
Cell powered up against MSSJ Gohan and again against SSJ2 Gohan
LSSJ Broly does not need to be that strong, even after a Zenkai he was having a tough time with SSJ2 Adult Gohan, who was stated to be weaker than as a kid.
SSJ Broly is really weak, he was even with Base Gohan

once again going off the dragon ball z book argues with you but data was not provided other wise sorry the saiyens and piccolo's powerlevel was stated in the book sorry but they do not give powerlevel's for after the second period in the hyperbolic time chamber sorry about that but when goku gained the power from his friends they gave it their all and that is a constent power give what they could btw I guess I could try and work out a post hyperbolic time chamber powerlevel but yeah by the way goku used a teq that shoot up his powerlevel 10 times that is why his punch pierced brolly and the powerlevel was so high it is called blast fist

Then how come the hits that trashed Goku only gave Gohan a tiny scratch? This was before SSJ2 when Cell knocked Gohan through a mountain, he expected it to be a killing blow yet Gohan came out with just a tiny scratch. Gohan wasn't even angry and he knocks Cell over with a lazy kick. Then Cell powers up and that's when Gohan loses the advantage

cell completely outclass him at first then he goes lssj and would be much stronger and could easily kill cell if given the chance but cell is far more smarter and could out maneuver him in a long term fight and lets face it broly is not the smartest fighter around so it can go either way thanks to instant transmission from cell and afterimages so yeah (if you still think the power gap is too great think about this batman can beat people thousands of times stronger than him with strategy alone so cell could teleport to a nearby planet and come up with a plan)
