Finally got around to finishing up the coloring on this one. Way back when, I spent a few days poking at it and got discouraged. Finally figured I ought to just finish it and get it out there. For the color palette, I drew on Ukiyo-e master Kuniyoshi for inspiration, and I tried to get some of that nice paper grain in there, too.Related content

Aw, thanks so much! I kinda stole the palette from the old Japanese artist Kuniyoshi, and I was trying to emulate that ukiyo-e paper texture thing.

Ah, nothing really. I think this was the first time I tried to do a city scene without rulers. It's a bit wobbly, but I like it.
