I normally don't like art involving starry skies, or city scapes. Cities are too industrial, confining, mechanical, and stars all look the same, and used in much the same way. It's dull.

This though, this is much different. The depth you added to the sky is alluring, like an infinity I can get lost in. The blazing meteors, along with the male's stature, give it a powerful since of wonder. The way you balanced the city with the starry night, where the focus is more on the flame-streaked sky, rather than the neon city lights, I find, to put it simply, perfect.

There's something else to this, something I can't quite put my finger on, that I love. Just, overall, this strikes me as different than anything I've ever seen before, and it's spectacular.

I have to say, when I first looked at it, I thought "Oh, just another photomanipulation..." but when I read your description and then took a closer look, it was so refreshing to see something crafted by hand as a digital painting. I love looking closer at a piece to see the "brush strokes" as it were

Incredible work going on here. There is a lot of imagery in this piece, which captivates the eye and instils this feeling of fantasy and
science-fiction wonder of sorts. It's in the sky; the bright line of stars against the fire of the meteors is marvellous, and the light
below from the flashlight compliments it so well.
