Ok so some in sight as to what I was thinking while writing the dialogue...i was thinking maybe someone was able to tap into heathen's magic somehow and they used his magic to kill off Rul and Arlo
which leads to him believing it was his fault and basically wanting death because of the guilt... of course NO1 would refuse to comply and that would lead into a emotional meltdown for heathen but NO1 would comfort him the best he can!undertale- Toby fox
