Yes I'm still alive.This one took a while, but I managed to get it finished yay. It's all the weapons from Mega Man 11 plus the Super Adaptor (because it should've been in the game) and NES palettes for all of them.
(MM11 Weapon Descriptions)
Mega Buster:
Fire solar bullets with the sun's energy! Charge it up to blast enemies with an unstoppable super shot! You can also overcharge the Mega Buster while Power Gear is active for shots of incredible power.
Block Dropper:
Generate heavy stone blocks that drop down to crush enemies. Try it while Power Gear is active to multiply your attack and really knock their block off!
Acid Barrier:
Press the attack button to generate an acid barrier and block incoming shots! Try it while the Power Gear is active for a super-corrosive barrier that melts enemies!
Chain Blast:
Shoot Blast Man's very own sticky bombs! Connect up to four bombs via the red line for bigger blasts. Try it with the Power Gear active to unleash massive bombs!
Scramble Thunder:
Unleash crackling bolts of electricity that speed along the ground. Try it with the Power Gear active to up the voltage, making shots pierce multiple enemies!
Bounce Ball:
Launch a trio of rubber balls that bounce around the screen! Turn on Power Gear to launch six balls to your left and right!
Blazing Torch:
Spit a searing ball of flame into the air! This fireball crashes back down to earth, just like Torch Man's powerful jump kick! Try it while the Power Gear is active to boost the firepower.
Pile Driver:
Charge forward in a devastating spike attack that would make Impact Man proud! Turn on your Power Gear for a bigger dash with explosive force. Use it in midair, too!
Tundra Storm:
Create a sub-zero blizzard around yourself, damaging any enemies inside. Try it with the Power Gear active for a massive blizzard that covers the screen!
Super Adaptor: (I made this one up okay)
Merge with Rush to form Super Mega Man! Fully charge the Mega Buster to fire the powerful Hyper Rocket Buster! Press the jump button in mid-air, to get an extra jet powered jump!

The question is though, did you use the colors directly from the NEW palettes or did you brew similar colours from MS paint?

I took screenshots of the individual weapons in the menu screen, then grabbed the most used colour for each segment.
