Description
With the potential for inklings, octoling, and inktolings to have more than one piece of headgear and/or clothing on them at once, I came up with some rules.

The picture gives specific examples, but basically, if an inkling has more than one headgear and/or clothing on at once, one will provide an ability, the other(s) won't. That way they can wear whatever they want and still be Turf War legal. And the killcams in game indicate what ability they have, so that's how enemies can know which ability they are using.

Also, the skirts on the School Uniform and the belts on the Octoling Armor are separate parts that have no bearing on the ability provided, thus they are compatible with other clothing.
