I went on to make more custom SOULs because of...boredom?This might count as an continued idea of my OC Tiffy, since she has a SOUL of Timidity.

Hello! It is up to your interpretation of what the Neutral SOUL can do. However, I'd like to think that it can't do anything. A state of stagnation if you will. If you mean by magical capabilities, I guess a weak force field that can reflect some damage and healing magic as well, but it is up to you!
