The most impressive thing here to me is the cannon. THE FREAKIN' CANNON FORM YOU REMADE IS JUST AWESOME.
I'm quite sure you based yourself on a Bill Blaster (which is pretty noraml I suppose?...), but I winder what series, Paper Mario maybe? Don't remember that kind in MLSS, nor the followings.
