oof, that replaceable hat and ears gimmick was almost a PITA as I didn't realize that the hat part also has to have ears! it is pretty tight on tolerances but I'm glad it worked out in the end
I always make the mini one as a mockup to make sure that I got most of the rendition right and agreed upon before committing to the full size one, I think of that 'don't talk to me or my son ever again' pretty often and thought to add to the photo for giggles
