0.0 The background looks exactly like an idea I've had to paint. Would you teach me how to do those hologram-style lights? Unless you have Photoshop, then GiMP isn't gonna have all the features...

I used Photoshop for that piece.
First you make a white line with a little bit soft edged brush, then create the other layer with purle-to-blue color and start mixing with layer controls "Overlay"-for more brighter lines or "Vivid Light"-for more color impact. And don`t forget to sharpen in the end.
And I`m planning to do some tutorial a bit later...
