love the hazel tone but also the first thing that jumped into mind was the wings of a dragonfly, just the vibrance of quite a blandish colour. really like the levels created, it steps your eyes into the work.

This is cool render, that 2D "vector" work gives a nice angle to this one. It gives another dimension to this work. Something different than bryce renders usually are, always a good thing.

Colour: Dude...this is like.. kinda hard to describe, i like the colour used that much... very shiny..nice, and it fits well for the overall piece.
Again also, I like the way that you've used the light and dark elements in this piece to show off certain areas where they should be shown.
And finally..I don't really know what the shape is based on..but it's a pretty damn sweet shape, and I like it
