To be honest, I've looked at this one multiple times, and thought I love the coloring and about half of the render (top half), I can't say it's one of my favorites. Unfortunately I can't pick out what it is about it I don't care for. Maybe that's why I've taken so many looks at it and so long to comment.
On a side note... I really like checking out your new works... keep it up.

the color is good but why is there a single part of blue when everything else is green? it looks wired.. to make it better you should of make the blue be a bit more blury and put some yello in the pic itself in some parts..

Ok where to start. The 2d needs some refining bud. Some of the fonts just look ugly in the piece. The 2d seems a bit chaotic for my tastes. If you are gonna 2d you art, think about your composition a little more. Brushing is ok a little blurry but still ok. Colors are pretty good.
