Since this is both fanart, and personal art, I decided to upload the 'full res' to you guys <3 thanks for being here and supporting me over the years, and a big thank you too for those of you who are new to my work!
This is a revamp of one of my favorite drawings! I have long wanted to do another official revamp of this particular idea, and with the help and incentives of Patreon, here it is! 9 WHOLE YEARS since the last version! Can you believe it??

This is on a whole other level, you've come a long way since then and it shows, from the anatomy, the colors, shading, detailing...Β Β The singular peach in the background. It's so cool to see something like this make its rounds once more, and just this huge leap in quality since the first go. I even like how you put in extra periods into the title to signify what version this one is!Β Β
Excellent work, I know Cloud Yoshi isn't as prominent as he used to be but it's always a joy to see him again and seeing how he's evolved over the years along with your other characters.Β Β

Thank you so much for your comment! Yeah, I tried to make it a 2 year thing, since the originals went from 2009 to 2011. So I tried to revamp it again sometime in 2013, but I went through a lot emotionally around that time up until only recently. I tried again sometime in 2015 and again in 2017. It never left the back of my mind of how badly I wanted to redraw it.
Now that I used it as an incentive for Patreon, and it got majority vote, it was one of those, "well now I HAVE to draw it!" But I was conscious the whole time to make sure I put as much of my current artistic articulation and aesthetic as possible, and I couldn't be happier with the results ahhh!
