Too bad the voice actor doesn't have a lot of credits. Personally I think he is under appreciated. I love how he captured madness. It's kind of why I both hated his character but loved him. XD I ended up loving him in the end. I never opted to kill Cicero ever even when ambiguous towards him. Though I've been curious as to how well he fights one on one. So :/ Would anyone hate me or testing it out? XD I heard he's a beast. XD

You could save the game and fight him. He is a beast to fight; I've watched it. I never try because of the 5 Tenants; I'm a stickler for rules: you don't kill another Brotherhood member, especially the Keeper.

Same I think it's why I've not done it. But technically speaking you do have to break a tenant with astrid but it could be argued that you are the wrath of sithis at that point since it's commanded of you through the night mother.

Oh yeah. Astrid was wayyyyy of base not abiding to what the Listener was claiming through the Night Mother. Astrid wasn't in charge and certainly wasn't following the DB rules. Cicero was in every right to go nuts lol.
