Here's the first part of still concepts of the Team Flux members in their new uniforms. First we see the most popular members of the Group, Kitty, Marty and Brandy.I have decided to make some changes to the team uniforms by giving them a less retro futuristic look inspired by Power Rangers SPD.
This time, the outfits have jackets with a lightning bolt design as a tribute to the clock tower scene in the first Back to the Future film, a Badge in the shape of the logo of the Institute of Future Technology, and Utility gauntlets with the Flux Capacitor logos.

It's kind of a long story, But here goes....
The story is about Kitty Katswell after quitting TUFF for relentless mistreatment by her peers and Petropolis. She meets Marty McFly who was testing Doc's Dimension jump feature on the Delorean Time Machine. He helps her get out of Petropolis and takes her to 1991 Hill Valley where she Meets Doc Brown. Doc points out that a Threat in the form of Dr N Tropy is causing havok throughout history and recruiting villains to aid him including Biff Tannen who is Tropy's taskmaster. Kitty and Marty travel through different dimensions and time to seek other heroes who have respectively defeated the villains Tropy recruited. Kitty and Marty bring back Brandy Harrington, Ace Hart, Earthworm Jim, Coco Bandicoot, Dr Zoidberg, and Jack Spicer (who reforms after wuya abandons him for Chase Young). Thus they form the group, "Team Flux". A time travelling unit that's on a crusade against evil doers who threaten to alter and ruin history.

Although, I kinda miss the old uniforms. But, hey. It's your decision.
That's got me thinkin' a bit: Maybe we should give Biff and his guys some new uniforms, too. ^^

Yeah, the old uniforms were good, but I thought the new outfits would be cool for a change.^^
But you know the old saying, "You can change one's clothes, but you can't change who they are inside."

Yeah, definately.
I think I have an inspiration for them: the Repo Man outfit from "Repo: The Genetic Opera": [link] only without the mask, the gown piece being more like a cape piece like Metal Sonic's in Sonic Heroes: [link] , the trimmings from their original outfits, and a patch of the N. Tropy clock as seen in the beginning of his battle in Crash 3: [link] to show their allegiance.

Hmmm. Sound's good.
I like the idea of adding N Tropy's clock as an emblem. Maybe the villains could wear orange body armour based off the Krimzon Guards uniform from Jak 2 [link] , only without the helmets.
Biff could wear a black cape with N Tropy's clock logo, indicating the he's the taskmaster. Plus it would give him a classic villain look, and it provides a good for hiding bombs. But despite the intimidating villain look, he's still gonna have his 50s bully and conman attitude and comically incompetent moments.

Have Biff be the second-in-command, but still be the incompentent 50s bully knucklehead we know and love him as.
