I never did find my pen, so this is the first thing I've drawn with my new one - Xerxes Break. I have no originality. But I was feeling deprived of my lovely Xerxes since I haven't drawn him in over a week....

His proportions are all wrong, and my brilliant idea to have his hair blowing in the wind backfired on me - the shape of his head isn't right. And his cane looks two-dimensional. And I couldn't find a suitable color for the lace on his scarf, since black wasn't visible enough.

I used a grid to draw that lopsided excuse for an Incuse, and it still took me an entire day to get it like that.

Ah, well. Next time I'll do better, Break love. I promise.

I don't own Break; I just love him so much it hurts.
