I still don't get it. What is so bad about Storm Eagle?

It's because during one of their play throughs of Megaman X Johnny was facing Storm Eagle and got killed even though it was a very easy boss so since then Ryan has been bugging Johnny about it ever since with Johnny replying "IT'S STORM EAGLE!! I KNOW OKAY!!!

Almost got killed. But Johnny got manhandled by Storm Eagle nonetheless. Ryan was the one who got killed by Toad Man : p

I remember that playthrough. I believe Jonny got nearly killed cause he was trying to fire charged shots while dashing.
