I already told you how much I like this piece, but I just wanted to do it again! Your use of blue in this piece is so wonderful, I hope that you continue to explore watercolors and that it appears in your work to come because I feel like it adds so much to this piece! And the shading, both the stippling in the skin and the line work in the hair, is absolutely perfect. I think this is one of my favorite pieces that you've done!

Those are 2 mediums I wouldn't think of putting on canvas... especially together but I like it

its a difficult surface for ink and an interesting surface for watercolor... which is partially my reasoning for using it.
