Don't mind the drawing itself, just the ability isn't very Jojo (it's boring frankly, and done to death) and it kinda steps on the toes of Death 13. Could work as a villain encounter for Stardust Crusaders, but that part isn't known for its good stands. I'd go with something that manipulates the environment and provides an interesting way of getting around, like turning shadows into solid objects it can move or something.
