Well, she has Klien Levin Syndrome, so pretty much all the time with short periods of being awake.

Ah, there's plenty of health problems linked to lack of sleep and disrupted sleep. People with KLS sleep alot and when they're awake may sometimes seem like in haze. In Anne's case though it could just be that she just loves to sleep a lot though >>

This is a straight forward skecth but it's quite adorable. I love the way you draw huge bellies. They definitely appear huge but still have a sense of realism with the character's posture and shape.
Also, the little sign is the icing on the cake. I was half expecting her to have one of those hotel door signs hanging from her belly button but that's just me.
Love the pic, definite fave. Great job once again!

I like my little sign and while the idea of hotel sign on her could be funny. the idea that anything could be hung from a belly button is one that sort of disgusts me (belly buttons don't become door knobs and huge ones on a perfectly shaped belly is an eyesore that wreaks a picture for me. I don't mean to bash that kind of thing if you're into it, just saying it's not my thing. I do love belly buttons though D: )

I'm not really into that sort of thing either, it's just that was the first thing that popped into my head. I know it's kind of a weird image but I'm not trying to imply you should have done that.

Unlikely, if/when she gets up she'll like be in such a haze that she won't even notice (therefore she must have an unnatural super human strength) and after she does whatever she does, she'll just go back to sleep more than likely.

I had to look up the lyrics to make sure the cadence was right-- and that's how I learned that one of my favorite songs from when I was six years old was absolutely FILTHY, and not really appropriate to associate with a sweetly angelic picture like this one.
Then I went ahead anyway.
