i've had a sociopath character before in roleplaying and his name was originally maddigan, but since i already have a character on here called that, i thought sullivan was befitting. his personality is inspired off my kelpie character, maddigan dai notara.

so this is my long overdue sullivan. the lovely skipper designed him and i think his species is perfectly befitting for a blood thirsty killer. no one is to use this lineart/design.

time spent → near 3 hours.
