On Ruth’s birthday, Emilia (her best friend) wanted to surprise her friend in the most unexpected way possible, so she ate some beans and held in her farts which made her blow up into a giant fart balloon. Later on, Ruth went up to her room and found Emilia all blown up with a nice birthday message on her belly.
