Description
This was taken at one of my favorite places... Forrester Beach (see photoguide at [link] for detailed photographic info about this stunning seascape location).I've shot Forresters heaps of times before, but never shot this little formation or "ring" of rocks before.

My most favourite beach as a kid, no housing estate then, just a nice walk through the trees to the beach in the company of some very feisty red-belly blacks! We learn very quickly to be very very vigilant when heading down to the beach. In my day it was called Bob's Beach. I don't know why.

You asked if I used filters.... yes, I do use filters on the camera.
Sing Ray Graduated ND filters
A Lee 3 stop ND filter
A B&W 10 stop ND filter
A Cokin Circular Polariser.
I most likely would have had a 3 stop ND filter in and a 3 stop Grad ND filter on the camera when I made the Forrester Ring shot.
