Again, nice! The plumes remind me of Eomer's helmet and the Rohirrim for some reason ... but this is probably because of the designs for the movie where the Elven commanders and heralds didn't have helmets to distinguish them from the soldiers, and the soldiers didn't have anything on said helmets. However, the details are again superb
