I'm sure, that Raito always takes care his own health. I think he regularly measure his own weight. ^^Btw, sorry for the ugly drawings. :S I'm not on the top... And I had trouble to translate it, but i did my best. ^^'

On thing they didn't cover in the anime was how sick the whole Death Note thing was making him. He was losing his appetite and thus his weight and becoming a little malnourished and he lost tons of sleep because of nightmares
