Wow, about half way through, I realized just how much this looks like Sammy from "Advance Wars". Stupid nintendo, taking all my ideas...um... before I think of them.
I really like this new style of shading. I think I'll try a few more pictures with it.

This reminds me of the video game Dead Space...for the shading I think.
Good job BTW. Very simple and well done, not overly detailed. Although for constructive criticism, I'd have to say her face and hair look like they are in the same plane.

Hmmm... touche. The hair/face shading could've stood to have a bit more shading to distinguish the perspective.
