Here's a bunch of sketches I did based on the idea of Satsuki Kiryuin from Kill la Kill VS Steven Armstrong from Metal Gear rising: Revengeance.They are both antagonistic leaders, Satsuki being the the student council president of Honnouji Academy as well as the apparent ruler of all of Honnouji city. Armstrong being the senator of the state of Colorado and candidate for President of the USA.
They both follow the social darwinist philosophy of the survival of the fittest, both striving to create utopias around the concept.
In my opinion, their battle would be EPIC. Ultimately my money's on Satsuki-sama though lol
I'd like to make a final digital piece around this but I need to do better sketches to work off of..

In terms of morals and the end game that they strive for, Satsuki easily blows Steven away.

Far as I know, swords that are upgraded into HF Blades are powerful enough to do some damage to Nanomachines. Never saw Kill la Kill though, so a final decision cannot be made.

Armstrong's nanomachines are better. He laughed off Raiden's blade. Sam's blade did damage though, but that was more a case of right time and place to cut into him
As for whether the Kill La Kill blades can cut into him, I doubt it. Even if they are, he is fast enough to simply catch the blade and throw it away.
Armstrong should win the fight rather handily, he's much faster, can regenerate, is stronger, and is hilariously more durable

Actually Sam's sword was also a higher quality blade, it's stated in that game that the strength of an HF blade directly co-relates to the quality of the original weapon, IE shitty sword means shitty HF blade, Sam's was a sword of superior quality, therefore did more damage.

Yes, but even then, Armstrong's nanomachines bounced it off pretty easily. Sam had to slash at specific areas in order to do damage

In that DLC yes, but Sam had hardly any enhancements, as such he would need those precise motions, Raiden meanwhile sliced up his arms and sliced open his Chest, but only after he got Sam's sword as his own was caught and snapped like a twig.

Sam's only enhancement between the DLC and the main game was his robot arm, he was otherwise not so different.

But he was clearly superhuman before, even if he wasn't enhanced. Raiden pointing out he had no enhancements didn't have to do with his strength or speed, Sam was obviously a beast in that regard, it was the fact that unlike Raiden, he could not survive being impaled through the chest.

The whole point is, Sam's sword could do the damage, but Sam lacked the strength that Raiden had to make it work.
but while we're on that subject, don't you find it kinda odd that Raiden can cut through all those people, and massive armored machines yet when it came to Sam he could barely do anything cept cut open his armor then run him through?

Sam had the strength. He chopped Metal Gear Ray in half with one swing, after all.
Sam is blatantly superhuman, that's your explanations. Maybe he's just from the X-Men or something, who knows, but he's obviously not human

So did Raiden and that was with a sword that was shitty by comparison, still couldn't beat Sam til the second fight, and the sword he had in THAT fight was caught and broken by Armstrong.

Well, if Armstrong is so fast, why didn't he just catch Sam's Blade whenever Raiden was trying to slash him? He could've just used his speed to annihilate Raiden/Sam.

Because Raiden is fast as Hell too. Raiden can jump across missiles and effortlessly deflect anti-tank bullets and yet Armstrong could keep up with him in the speed department.

Which was partially because of the beating he gave Raiden during their fight.

Raiden took down the Exelsius without a problem, it wasn't like he was tired when he fought Armstrong. Yet Armstrong still kept up with him in speed and surpassed him in strength
