This is a template I made for my own uses and figured I'd share it with you all!

This is for a western comic book page thumbnails. I use thumbnails almost solely for panel layouts I will also draw in basic blobs for where main characters go. Nothing essential but I have found it really helps me quickly assert if my panel layout flows well and also it helps me to visualize a page better. I'll do the whole book in a sitting but then when I go to layouts I'm ready to start right into drawing panels and not futzing around with basic page flow. These are proportionally the same as the layouts and a final page.

Each company has a slightly different set of dimensions but I made these directly from a Marvel board that they provide to their artists so I know it is correct in regards to what Marvel uses. There are two boxes on each layout. The inner box is your active art area and the outer is the bleed. So your standard art will fit inside and if you wanna break out of the standard size, have an open panel, or break panel border then draw to but not outside the outer box. Any art outside that would be trimmed off in post. I gave marks for thirds and quarters for general positioning of panels and such. On the top are credits and on each box is a tag for page number.
