When I heard that roar, I got hooked on the 2014 Godzilla film, which my brother took me to for my birthday. I was proud when he told me he liked it.Β

I was only moderately interested in Godzilla before that film, after that I was hooked on the character! I still like the design of the new one the best, but I'm starting to like the older designs as well now.

I haven't seen Shin Godzilla precisely because of how scary he looked, particularly after I heard they were going to have it bleed. In Godzilla vs the Bolt-Children of the Fire, a fanfic which will have my OC superhero face off against the King of the Monsters, I an using the second Heisei Godzilla as the Big G(it is set in the Millennium Era).

I actually like Shin Godzilla the best out of the Toho films I've watched so far. Blasphemy to some I'm sure. As far as the design goes, the Heisei Godzilla is more compelling to me though.
