This looks like a quaternion. I made quite a few quaternions and stored them in some format that no program can read. I'd even tried to create a couple of 'stereo pairs'....

The background clouds were rendered w/ photoshop, but yes it is a quaternion .... I didn't save the paramaters (I am really bad about that), but I did manage to save a .jpg file.

I thought it was bitmapped, but my software says it needs to know what programme created them and it was some old magazine cover disc programme that's been purged long since.

That is a real bitch. You would think with the help of Google you might be able to find something to parse them. I mean it's all just 1's and 0's, right?
