First of all i feel like you really nailed the colors !
The pattern are really great look really and they really help to give some dimension to your piece.
But I think you can really improve this !
I know it may sound weird but the resolution is quite low and I think it may gain to be higher, it is hard too see all the detail and you need to zoom with the navigator just to see if fully. of course this doesn't need a big resolution but a little bit more would really help (I don't mean painting it with more pixel but just uploading a bigger image).
Also I find the tail quite weird it teirm of shape, it feel like it is getting finner and suddently gaining some width strangely. It also looked a little bit jagged and unnatural.
The shoulder looks also weird, you maybe tryed to add deatils but because the line look the same as the rest it feel a little bit messy and it look like this dragon has some kind bubble on the shoulder. I know it is nickpicking but I feel like the wings should right side look like you painted the wing and then added feather, if the feather oversteped a little bit it would make it seem more natural.
I reall like the way your lines change of colors, it looks really cool. I think you should really keep it, and try to expand on it.
Also I don't know if you tryed to use a bigger scale with your pixel, it may look even greater
When I look to your others piece I feel like this one is really the most polish you have ever done. you should maybe try to expand on this style
