Briar, there's one thing about your work I've always liked. The way you draw the muzzles on these ponies. So pronounced, but curved and smooth at the same time.
Now, this piece in particular.
The colors here, man. Dark and blue to fit Nightmare Moon here, but they're also warm at the same time. This is helped by the soft shading and highlights, especially around her helmet. And the small soft orbs that highlight her mane are a real nice touch.
The line art here, as always, it's freaking great. The way the flowerly lines come together to form the image, it's really pleasing to the eye and draws your attention to all the little details like how curve the ends of her mane are.
