I found this episode very fascinating. I was especially fascinated with Pleakley's primitive form, where his third leg was originally a tail and looked more lizard/dinosaur-like with chisel-like teeth, whereas Jumba was more Neanderthal-like along with everyone else who was affected by 210's powers.

Indeed. Imagine what Gantu and Hamsterviel's primitive ancestors would have looked.
In my opinion, Gantu would probably either an amphibious whale-like creature that has four flippers with claws and had a large dorsal fin with primitive markings and spikes running down his back to his tail. These features are linked with his whale/rhino-like appearance.
Hamsterviel, on the other hand, will have a more feral look to him with scruffy fur and stripes on his body with sabre teeth, sharp claws and a tail made to look like bait for what ever creature he prayed on.
