This Blossom and Boomer's oldest daughter, Bloom... She's in her true form...

I always imagined Bloomie-chan to have skin made of ice...

So she isn't as normal of a puff as many people think... but I love her so much! Her design is so perf! (She has the power to go back and forth between forms... The PPG form and her true form.

She uses her PPG form to get closer to people as she tries to hide her true identity... (Because she can't quite control the powers as well... She gets all evil and stuff...) She doesn't show it to Rahni, because she doesn't want Rahni to judge her by her true form... (Or her AU best friend, Kingsley...)

And she tends to get angry easily when in this form... (especially since a certain Spicer froze her mom. Yeah, Jack! You better run before she gets you!)

Her element is ice and it can't be taken away from her... Because she got it hereditarily, not from chemical X...
