Description
An Orion CEV performs a transposition and docking maneuver with a station module on a Jupiter upper stage.
Jupiter was a vehicle proposed by the DIRECT study team to replace both Ares I and Ares V with a single modular LV, configurable for medium-to-heavy LEO or lunar missions. Many of DIRECT's recommendations became drivers for the SLS program
