Seeing all those details from the reference I was like 'Damn, I don't know where to start!''Okay, I'll start here.' Then changed my mind, 'No, I should start here and work my way through there.' And then it was like 'Whaaaa!I need to get this done.'. You know what I mean :-D
The reference was easy to look at, but when it comes to sketching it... I've been deceived.

 I understand the feels!  I don't draw as much as before with very detailled photo references, but it's difficult to make the thing into step. Clothes and hair is just the worst I think. you just look at the picture and there is so much shades and textures, it's as easy as drawing a fluffy bunny

I agree with drawing the clothes and hair.
It's even harder than sketching the subject's face.
