Hello! An unfortunate situation indeed.. the original artist may not have wanted their character to be used by other artists or re-posted by people. Hopefully they will not mind your beautiful remaster of their work and that now credits have been given all will be well (:

May I perhaps provide a more clear credit for you? Seeing as how English is not your first language(despite how well you do speak it regardless). I did have a moment of confusion reading your disclaimer. This would be my suggested disclaimer instead:

"Of course, I did not draw the monk character. The credit for that goes to HOON & Jujika  
I just imagined a scene for this character and coordinated it with my own background and worked them together to give you this result. "

I tried to keep your original wording in tact Unfortunately I didn't understand what you meant by the last sentence, and omitted it. Was it perhaps saying you hope you were clear with your explanation of what belongs to who? I added the additional jujika credit after reading the description of the original post and seeing that they collaborated with hoon on this project.

Then below you could say instead: 
-I am the original owner of the background.
-Monk character by HOON ----

True it may be the main reason is that I do not speak English and I could not explain to others the right way

You're welcome and I'm glad that I could help. If you need help with cleaning up a message in English I can help you again. Simply ask with what the message is and I'll try to translate it better.

I do suggest you edit your description on this piece and use my translation, though. Considering this piece was accidentally used without proper permissions first it's important you're very clear with what belongs to whom.
