Description "If a human is enticed onto a pΓΊca's back, it has been known to give them a wild ride; however, unlike a kelpie, the pΓΊca will do its rider no real harm."

Except perhaps ramming your upper vertebrae through the top of your skull, as this lovely English gentleman is discovering. I suppose he thought he'd go out and prove that fairy tales weren't so frightening after all.

These things are murder to scan. x_X Anywho, worked on this for about a week and a half, not because the work actually takes that long, but because after an hour of making little grass strokes, one has to choose between a break or insanity. XD For those well-learned in UK comic art, you'll recognize Norman Thelwell's HEAVY influence, me thinks.

Critiques are always welcome.
With thanks to Norman Thelwell.
Kudos to ~pyromaniac1992 for helping with the expression of "posh but terrified."

THIS.
The detail, the concept, the art... how do you come up with this amazing stuff? All the work you put into this simply amazing, though it looks like tons of works. XD

Mostly by staring flabbergasted at the works of much better artists than myself. Trickle-down economics and all that. XD Thank you! Pen and ink is a bit of work, yeah.

lol, I hear you on that. XD
Pen and ink, huh? Something I've always wanted to try, but I never thought I had the right kind of pens. What kind do you use?

Oh, well actually I use an old-fashioned fountain pen--basically a quill feather, without the feather. XD There are different metal pointy bits that you can use for the ends called "nibs." I use the sketching variety (they're very thin). Basically you feel like you're in a Harry Potter movie using them. XD

Oh, okay. I knew they couldn't be regular pens because... well, those are awful for drawing.
Thanks for telling me.

[link] There they are. I generally buy them at A.C.Moore. And no problem, let me know if you try them out, I'm sure you'll get some awesome results.

Thank you! Pen and ink is one of those things I love, but can't stand to do too many in too short a time. XD You have to space 'em out.
