Chrono was in his room working on something.

Chrono: This should show mum that I'm more then ready to become a Guardian of Time.

Izzy: What are you doing Chrono?

Chrono screamed, surprised to hear Izzy behind him. He pressed a button and whatever he was working on shrank down into a small box and he turned around with a nervous smile to see Izzy.

Chrono: Hi Izzy. I was just creating something that could be helpful to our team.

Izzy: Our team? Congratulations. I knew you'd make the team someday. I should make us all graduation hats.

Chrono: Well I'm not apart of the team yet, but I...

Chrono was interrupt by his mother's magical projection appearing in front of Izzy.

Izzy: Hi Peach Dancer (waving at her)

Peach Dancer: Guardians of Time, meet me in the mission room immediately.

The projection vanished and all Guardians of Time galloped to the mission room where Peach Dancer put up a holographic map of the timelines.

Peach Dancer: I haven't even had the time to unveil you to Equestria yet and already there's trouble. Monarch and Tarek the pretender have travelled back to a time when the three pony tribes were not yet united.

Akila: Tarek? The same Tarek who framed me for my pharaoh's death?

Peach Dancer: The very same.

Misty: What are they up to?

Peach Dancer: I don't know yet, but it can't be good. We must stop them.

Star Garnet: We?

Peach Dancer: I'm going with you since this is your first mission.

Chrono: I'm coming too.

Peach Dancer: Chrono, you can't. You're not ready.

Chrono: But I can help.

Izzy: It's true. He invented something that could help.

Akila: Curious, what is it?

Peach Dancer: We can discuss it when we get back. Now let's go.

Peach Dancer opened a time portal and she and the Guardians of Time stepped into it. Chrono decided to follow them despite his mothers wishes. As they travelled though the time vortex, it suddenly started becoming unstable.

Galaxy: What's going on?

Potion Nova: Looks like something is wrong with the time vortex.

Peach Dancer: This is Monarch's doing. Stay together!

The six Guardians of Time held onto each other, concentrating on keeping the time vortex stable. Peach Dancer was about to join them, but then she heard her son Chrono screaming as he was spinning out of control in the middle of the time vortex.

Peach Dancer: Chrono!

Peach Dancer feeling concern for her sons safety flew towards him to try and save him, before the Guardians of Time could see what happens, they came out of the time vortex and appeared in the spot and time they were meant to appear in, but there was no sign of Peach Dancer or Chrono.

Misty: We're in what will one day become Equestria when the three tribes unite, but where are my mother and brother?

Star Garnet: I'm sure they're together and are alright.

Galaxy: Knowing Peach Dancer, she probably got Chrono to safety, but they probably ended up in a different spot from us.

Potion Nova: Chrono's probably getting a scolding right now, but at least they're likely to be okay.

Izzy: On the plus side, we had a lot of fun travelling though that time vortex.

Akila: Tarek! Show yourself!

Tarek: As you wish Akila.

Tarek suddenly appeared in front of the Guardians of Time.

Tarek: Long time no see Akila. Allow me to introduce myself to your new friends. I am the newly revived and feared, eternal pharaoh Tarek.

Misty: Well get ready to return to your own time and place.

Tarek: Confident aren't you. Well let's see how you deal with my immortal army.

Tarek's horn glowed and several time portals appeared around him and an army of skeleton ponies emerged from each portal.

Tarek: After you are all dead, my army will make sure Equestria is never founded. Skelesoldiers! Kill them!

The skeleton army charged at the Guardians of Time, but the Guardians of Time slowed down time and struck a bunch of skeletons with magical beams from their horns, shattering them until Tarek restored time around them to it's normal speed. Some skeletons surrounded Misty and Akila and charged at them, but with a combination of their atheletic skills and slowing down time, both mares were able to dodge and attack the skeletons with multiple kick attacks, shattering them.

A skeleton charged at Potion Nova, but she threw a potion bottle at it and as the bottle shattered across the skeletons skull, the potions effects turned the undead skeleton into just regular dead and it dropped to the ground motionless. Two Skeletons tried to attack Star Garnet from both sides. They charged at her and she froze time and jumped back, unfreezing time and causing the skeletons to crash into each other, shattering to pieces. Galaxy Blasted some of the skeletons with heat magic, causing them to melt.

The skeleton army was defeated, but then more portals appeared and more skeletons appeared with them.

Misty: I hope mum and Chrono are having more luck then us right now.
