Biography: Halberd was always a brave and noble warrior who always put others before himself. He fought alongside Purple Lance and Midnight Harmony to defend Equestria when they were both in the Royal Guard. He also fought alongside his best friend Brave Heart, until Purple Lance quit after the Storm King invasion.

Halberd met and married his wife Light Hoof and the two of them bared two children. Their son Hard Hoof, who was the spitting image of his father and then they had their daughter Soft Hoof. Halberd loved his wife with all his heart and he was also a loving father who taught his children to never give up on their dreams.

He taught his son how to fight until one day when Grogar took over Equestria and sent the Armourock to attack the town Halberd was living in. Halberd knew he couldn't take on such a monster alone, but he couldn't ignore civilians who were in danger. He fought the beast and wounded it enough to make it run away, but Halberd was fatally wounded and died in front of his son Hard Hoof. Many years later, his son Hard Hoof grew up and surpassed his fathers skills and slayed the Armourock and became Captain of the Royal Guard. If Halberd were still around, he would have been proud of the stallion his son has become.
