I think both are creepy. Viren is definitely the tragic hero, with a good motive but it's still betrayal. Aaravos is a manipulative, evil genie.

Mine mightttt be... Ah this is hard. Definitely Callum and Rayla and... Maybe Claudia? I love them all. Even the "bad" guys.
I really like Viren... He's got problems but I can't help but really enjoy his character. Aaravos is so pretty though - That's like his main quality right now haha!
Oh my gosh Ezran won my heart at that point. I'm easily annoyed by children in basically every story. Him choosing to take on responsibility (DO YOU REALIZE HOW RARE THAT IS IN TV THESE DAYS???) just upped the show's caliber in my books and I'm so proud of him for it. It strengthens the characters, the conflict, the complexity... A+++ story telling!!

I know right! ALL the characters are fascinating, even the side characters.
I thought Aaravos was a woman at first! I had no idea he was a guy until he spoke through the gross little worm thing that whispers in Viren's ear.
I AM SO GLAD YOU FOUND A CHILD YOU LOVED EVEN THOUGH HE'S A FICTIONAL ONE!!! And it was noble of him to choose responsibility, but frankly I do not think he should be king right now. Perhaps he and Callum could work together, but one child on the throne...kids do mess up. The child queen from the Pentarchy may be wise, but that unfortunately is not something found in the vast majority of kids. They need to grow up as kids, not adults. BUT AH IT WAS SO HEARTBREAKING WHEN HE WALKED AWAY FROM HIS FAMILY (yeah Bait, Rayla, and Zym are family at this point) AND THEN ZYM JUST KEPT TRYING TO GO AFTER HIM AND MADE THOSE SAD SNUFFLING NOISES AND JUST URGH! Ezran is Zym's real mommy, not a dragon he has yet to meet.
The characters, the conflict, the complexity...are wonderful. Aaron Ehasz and Ginacarlo Volpe are excellent storytellers! Oh, by the way, did you watch Avatar: The Last Airbender? (also if you did, at the beginning of the show there was an Easter egg)

I'm hopeful Ezran will find some good advisers! Maybe Amaya and Gren. There's some speculation Ezran is actually the Dragon Prince.
I love this show so much it is ridiculous. It's like they specifically created a show for me. The humor, story, and designs are so perfect.
