Description
The powerful Android 21, created for Bringer of Death by .When Doctor Gero detected three incredibly powerful Saiyans during the battle with King Cold, he decided to create a third power-absorbing android...just in case. Now, Vegeta, Trunks, and the rest of the Z Fighters are facing this new menace in addition to androids 19 and 20.

He doesn't physically transform; he just gains visible arcing due to his overcharged state. At his brief peak, he's as strong as King Cold Form III.

Funny you should mention Cell -- according to a lot of fans, Cell himself is technically Android 21. I guess Bringer of Death's Cell is Android 22....

Yep..... So does android 21 gets absored? .. can I get a note? I'm feenin for it. I hope so because I know for a fact after he absorbs 17 and 18 he goes into his icejin genes and his head shape turns like coola's hopefully once he gets that it will challenge Gohan and then someone will interfere and over power him and then he will absorb 21. And omg a BoD Manga that will be on par with Dbm and Dbna and Dbaf.
