In the events of season 3, when Nya used the "perfect" match console and it showed Cole instead of Jay, it caused her to feel conflict between who she felt....

(My personal theory is that the overlord tampered with the perfect match console in order to cause conflicts between the ninja team)

But, what if Nya never used it? Well most of season 3 would be the same, except for the parts with Jay and Cole fighting each other with bad breath....

Season 4 on the other hand, events there would be completely different, it would be entirely possible that Jay would have stayed with the team, since he would have no reason to hate Cole (except for stealing his pudding cups), and he would still be with Nya, he would most likely help her fix the bounty instead of the meeting with Kai, Cole, and Lloyd, and end up in the tournament of elements. Jay and Nya would have been under cover to find out about Master Chen's plans.

Not much would happen in season 5.

Either in season 6 or season 7, Jay and Nya could have been married or yin and yang.
