Unlike poor Number 12, it seemed as if Mandark was a bit more gracious in regards to Number 2′s living arrangement. Due to Dee Dee messing with that device, Dexter's body was changed, with him ending up with more of Dee Dee's physique. He actually didn't mind TOO much as it did make him taller. However, a side effect that he didn't know about until he grew older into his young adult years was that his body matured in a more... feminine fashion.
Basically, his genetics got screwed and he eventually matured into a body style similar to his mother's
