Description
Here's Billy at age 5 blowing on a blade of grass so it will make that really annoying whistle noise. I think his legs looked messed up but I tried to redraw them like six times so I give up. Oh and that's Billy's emblem in the corner, since his ghost name is Inviso-Bill, get it....Billy, Inviso-Bill.
