I am really REALLY pleased with this. It is another of my Xiaolin Showdown pieces and it is the one that I have put the most effort into to date. It is the adorable Raimundo, and despite his teasing of my lovely lil monk Omi, I have to admit that he is one of my faves in the show.The initial sketch took about 10 mins but I worked long and hard on the backgroung and little details so in total it took nearly 8 hours, but for my own gratification it was worth every single minute
Drawn in PS7 with my trusty Wacom Volito 2 tablet.

hehe there are two things I can pick at in the whole picture......those clouds repeat.......may I ask why? and also you should add more depth to your shadows and highlights..........(I gave your sis the same advice)

I like the cloud repeat lol.... although if you look closely they are of different sizes to add depth in the sky scape. It was a cloud brush of my own I was trying out and I wasn't to happy with the variation I was coming up with. On the whole depth of shading thing I'm pretty happy with how it is at the moment. I'm not trying to exactly emulate the animation style of the show in my drawings so by making it a little flat people will know it is my style of art and not a cheap knock off copy.
