Jacket interacts with everyone, so it's only fair this could be used for anybody and everybody. I just wanna see the hilarity that ensues.

RULES:
Don't touch Jacket (You don't know where he's been**.)
Just don't edit Jacket ouo
You do not have to be part of the RP group to do this collaboration!
You may edit the base as you need, the eyes are just placeholders! Please feel free to edit as needed!!
Can be any characters, Panty and Stocking FCs or not!!
Put a little effort into at at least ;u;

I'm not going to make this into a base.
