My colorblind friend had a hard time discerning what was in this photo, so I shall describe it hahaAt the very top is the base of a tree, with its shadow going down the length of the photo. At the base of the tree are the shards of ice where the water and frozen unfroze and the water level had decreased. the water froze in patterns and created a look of an underwater mini river frozen in ice!

I would be the same as your friend XD Good thing you explain it, I thought it looks like a snake though, before reading the title. Then I thought it was a photo of some sort of a river taken from high above using a drone

It's strange, I can see this more clearly on my mobile phone than on my pc. With my mobile, it's easy to see the photo with your description. Anyway, this is easily a great shot. Most welcome
